Jakarta, Monday 23 December 2019 – PT Solusi Kreasi Persada and PT ExcellTrust Jaya Internasional and PT Arshaka Utama Indonesia (Africom) in collaboration with PT Asuransi Jasindo BUMN as a Hotel Guest Insurance service provider launched a protection service product for hotel guests staying at the hotel of their choice .
MILA COVER – HOTEL EMERGENCY SERVICE;
with 2 service elements, namely: MILA HOTEL INSURANCE & MILA LAW CONSULTING.
The benefits of the Mila product that we launched are because we want to provide more services for travelers who stay at hotels to feel protected and safe both inside and outside the hotel environment. Until now, we have not found any service that thinks about guests in emergencies while they are traveling; both holiday travel and travel for work.
For 2 years we have conducted surveys and interacted directly with travelers, there are 2 things that are the majority that are very important for them during an emergency, namely protection of hospital costs when a disaster occurs and legal consultation if they are exposed to legal problems outside the hotel environment while they are traveling. .

In the Consumer Protection Law, the issue of protecting the security and safety of hotel guests is also regulated in Government Regulation Number 67 of 1996 Article 62 Paragraph (2) concerning the Implementation of Tourism. This article states clearly that hotel business entities are responsible for the safety and security of hotel guests.
To survive and be the best amidst intense competition, hotels need to offer more value that can attract consumer interest. Currently, hotels provide a variety of food, entertainment and other facilities that are distinctive in the eyes of consumers. But no one has thought about hotel guests during an emergency. The latest innovations that we believe will support comfort so that guests feel at home staying at the hotel.
It is hoped that with the launch of the MILA Cover product, more hotels will become aware and join in providing maximum protection for hotel guests, especially when they are in an emergency situation.
