HOW TO APPLY
Application Procedure for Project Funding (Online Submission)
Initial Application Submission
To apply for project funding, you must submit your request exclusively via our official email: Submit@excelltrust.com.
Requirements for Initial Submission
For the initial request, you are required to send us either:
A PROJECT SUMMARY of your project (maximum 5 pages), OR
A completed Application Form (which we will provide), signed by you as the CEO or Business Owner.
Note: We do not accept applications from representatives, intermediaries, or individuals without decision-making authority.
Purpose of the PROJECT SUMMARY
Your PROJECT SUMMARY helps us understand your project and verify whether you are the project owner or an intermediary.
Evaluation Process
Our analysts will evaluate your project.
If you have multiple projects, each project must have a separate PROJECT SUMMARY (one per project).
Approval Process
If your project passes our assessment, our analysts will provide recommendations for our executive board’s review.
If approved, we will notify you officially via our official email: Submit@excelltrust.com or WhatsApp: 0878 55518018 within 5 business days.
If your project does not meet our criteria, we will not contact you or respond to your request.

Purpose: This is a detailed 120-minute consultation that forms the foundation of the potential partnership. At this stage, ExcellTrust charges a consultation fee of IDR 5 million (Indonesia) / USD 1,000 (International), which covers a deep-dive analysis into the client’s project goals
FUNDING PROCESS
Due Diligence, Project Structuring and Preparation
Once the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is signed and the Working Fee is secured, ExcellTrust working closely with the client on due diligence and structuring the project. This phase includes conducting comprehensive due diligence, feasibility studies, and ensuring all business structures are declared to confirm that the project is “Clean and Clear,” meeting all financial, legal, and operational criteria needed to secure investor confidence.
FUNDING DEAL
Final Funding Process (30 Days)
Duration: Approximately:
7 working days – 30 Working Days.
Once the project has been fully prepared and receives a “Clean and Clear” status, the final funding process begins. This timeline includes the necessary financial transactions, bank processing, and finalization of any legal or administrative requirements.
Why 7 – 30 Working Days? The timing of this phase reflects typical bank processes, including due diligence by financial institutions, processing timelines, and final documentation.
